Lincoln county. This plantation contains the principal part of a large pond, and is watered by streams which flow into the Sheepscot and Damariscotta. This is a large plantation, of good soil. Population, 1837, 465. It lies 17 miles E. from Augusta and 20 N.W. from Warren.
